rclone-emby ("the App") is a personal, non-commercial application used solely by its owner to let rclone access the owner's own Google Drive for streaming media through a private Emby media server. It is not offered as a public service.
The App may only be used by its owner, with the owner's own Google account, and in compliance with the Google Terms of Service, the Google APIs Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
The handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or other damages arising from its use.
Access may be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. The App may be discontinued at any time.
These terms may be updated from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
